Responsibilities will include: |
|
 | Design of plumbing systems and selection of fixtures and trim. |
| Design of fire protection systems including wet pipe, dry pipe, and
related systems. |
| Design of all aspects of HVAC systems, including development of
design conditions, heating and cooling load analysis, piping and duct
design, and equipment selection. |
| Engineering of system direct digital controls. |
| Commissioning of HVAC Systems and Controls. |
| Development of estimates for project costs. |
| Writing of comprehensive specifications for all required mechanical
components. |
| Management of projects and customer interface. |
|
|
Preferences: |
|
| Professional Engineering Registration. |
| Knowledge of local and state governing codes. |
| General understanding of the construction process, including
cost estimating, bidding, construction observation and final commissioning
of mechanical systems. |
